7-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, cables, cartons, and free items must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
- The product must not be physically damaged, tampered with, or altered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
- Items with broken seals or opened batteries (where applicable).
- Customized or specially ordered products.
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Installation or service fees already rendered.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will inspect and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Products must be returned to our physical store address below.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange a defective product, contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the item.
